This listing is for a 1 oz bottle of a blend of flower and crystal essences imprinted in Hawaiian volcanic water charged by the full moon and the energy of the early morning sun.

The Blend:

💛 Flower essence that helps with grief, depression, and feelings of being at "rock bottom".
💛 Flower essence that helps lift spirits when having feelings of remorse and guilt.
💛 Flower essence that helps calm our nerves and balance emotions.
💛 Crystal essences that help calm our nerves and help with depression.
💛 Black Tourmaline crystal essence helps protect us, keep us grounded, and transmute negativity.

Reiki infused and stabilized with brandy at a 1:1 ratio. This can also be made with organic, raw apple cider vinegar as the stabilizer in place of alcohol.

The most traditional way to take essences is under the tongue. The suggested dose for blends is 1-4 drops 3-4 x day for 2 weeks, stop for 1 week, then start again if needed. Always start small to see how you feel as they can stir up our blocked emotions.
They may also be used in drinks, bath water, chakra points, beauty care, in spray bottles, crystal grids, candle dressing, etc.
