This empath blend holds the essence of crystals and flowers that help ground, calm, and shield highly sensitive people from unwanted energies.

Reiki infused and stabilized with brandy at a 1:1 ratio. This can also be made with organic, raw apple cider vinegar as the stabilizer in place of alcohol.

The most traditional way to take essences is under the tongue. The suggested dose for blends is 1-4 drops 3-4 x day for 2 weeks, stop for 1 week, then start again if needed. Always start small to see how you feel as they can stir up our blocked emotions.
